The Trappers festival video filmed in the Pas, brings together
trapping stories from a time gone bye plus International sled dog
racing.
The Trapper’s Festival is a celebration of the life and
work of the men and women who first came to the isolation of the
North. An old trapper tells trapping stories of his life.
The events at the Trapper’s Festival come from the history
of the trapping stories and the work of the trapper. From the Sled
Dog Racing to the Tea Boiling, Wood Splitting, Hatchet Throwing and
many more events, the King and Queen Trapper emerge victorious.
